The location was incredible, not too crowded or noisy. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment had a modern touch and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed. The central location made it easy for us to shop and access tourist spots. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures on the website. a fantastic experience!

We arrived to a warm welcome from our host Susanna, who provided us with a map and great tips on nearby attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved the kitchen and the lovely bathroom. We could have stayed for weeks if we had the time!

Conveniently located near attractions and public transport. Helpful staff at the office. Well-equipped and clean apartment on the top floor. Air conditioning keeps it cool in summer. Surprisingly found free parking nearby.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there was an unpleasant odor in the ground floor apartment that persisted throughout our stay, despite the presence of dehumidifiers.

I had always wanted to visit the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, so I chose Apartamentos La Xerea for its close proximity to this landmark. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi and the fully-equipped kitchenette in the spacious living-dining area.

Great central location, perfect for shopping and getting buses to tourist locations. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. They let us check-in earlier and store our luggage at their office. The apartment was fully equipped and beautifully furnished.

The bathroom door didn't shut properly and there was no lock. It would have been nice if there was a curtain for the first window to block out the bright light in the morning.
